STRENGTH TRAINING DESIGNED FOR REAL PROGRESS
At Team-Strong, we focus on helping you build strength that lasts. Our weight training programmes are created for all ability levels, from first-time lifters to experienced gym-goers. We guide you through structured resistance exercises that target every major muscle group, promoting muscle development, improved posture, and enhanced endurance. Each session combines expert instruction with practical lifting techniques to help you move with confidence and train with purpose.

The short-term challenge is a fabulous kick-start!! But for me, this had to be a long-term plan. I signed up for 12 months & try not to miss a session - purely based on the more investment the better the return? Gary, Karen, Shannon & Callum provide a variety of different training sessions delivered safely & mixed between fast-paced intervals & strength & conditioning. A fabulous facility well well-equipped, I prefer the early sessions. I leave feeling completely ready to tackle the day !! So much support around nutrition & making the right choices. There are no egos, just fun like-minded groups all with the motivation to get a little bit healthier - totally worth it!!
